We look forward to seeing most of our scouts this Saturday, November 4 - Sunday November 5th for the fall campout!

When: Saturday, November 4th, 1:00 PM - Sunday, November 5th , 10:00 AM

Where: YMCA Camp Carter, 6200 Sand Springs Road, Fort Worth, TX 76114 What: Fall Campout

First, please make sure to take hard copies of the medical form located HERE for each child and each adult that will attend.

Campout Details:

The entire family is invited to join Pack 350 at YMCA Camp Carter for a fun campout full of outdoor activities, campfire program, and s'mores! Come out and enjoy a beautiful weekend surrounded in nature!

Schedule of Events (approximate):

Saturday Oct 28th

1-2 PM - Arrive, PLEASE GO TO THE PAVILLIAN TO CHECK IN (we'll set up camp later in the day)

1:00-4:00 PM - Activities

1:00-2:30 Pumpkin decorating available

2:00-3:30 Rocket building available

2:45-4:00 rocket launching available

3:30-4:30 Campsite setup

4:30-5:45 PM - Den time

6-7 PM - Flag ceremony and dinner

7-8 PM - Campfire, skits, and s'mores!

Sunday

7:30-8:30 AM - Breakfast, coffee, & hot chocolate

8:30-9 AM - Chapel and flag ceremony

9-10 AM - Clean up camp and dismissal

Not able to camp:

If you're not up for camping, please still come for the day on Saturday to take part in the activities, dinner and the campfire Saturday evening. You will still need to register to participate though.
