Is your scout's uniform ready to go?



As we kick off a new scouting year, now is the time to make sure your scout's uniform is ready for our first meeting on Tuesday, September 15th. This year due to Covid logistics, you will need to purchase the appropriate neckerchief and slide for your scout's den level and of course a hat if you choose as well. All your uniform supplies can be purchased at our local Scout Shop located at 5344 Trail Lake Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76133, (817) 263-0300. We recommend calling them before you go just to make sure they are open as their hours have changed with Covid.


By the way, we will be distributing rank badges, belt loops and pins earned last spring at our first meeting on 9/15, so no need to purchase any of that. The Scout Shop can sew any new patches on for a fee or you can always easily do at home with Badge Magic. If you are purchasing a new uniform, just a reminder that Pack 350 is a "belt up" pack, meaning you don't need to purchase uniform socks/pants/shorts.


If you are willing, please bring last year's neckerchief and slide to our first meeting to recycle (we'll have a receptacle you can drop in) and build up our pack inventory such that we can go back to having a formal neckerchief ceremony in future years once we get Covid behind us.
