The entire family is welcome to join Pack 350 for our summer overnight adventure at Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas. We will be staying overnight in the rainforest pyramid and participating in fun activities throughout our visit.
Highlights:
o Spend the night inside the rainforest pyramid
o Nighttime rainforest guided tour
o Rainforest habitat lessons
o Rainforest games and activities
o Pizza dinner and continental breakfast provided
o General admission included Sunday if you wish to extend your stay
What to Bring:
o Pillow, sleeping mat/cot & sleeping bag
o Toiletries - no access to showers
o Flashlight
o Closed toe shoes
o Cameras/cell phones are allowed – limited charging ability
Important Notes:
o Open sleeping area – please plan and dress accordingly
o Some lights and sounds will not turn off at night - bring eye masks and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
o NO food is allowed (meals are provided, concessions available at visitor center during the day)
Please organize your own travel and plan to arrive in Galveston by 1:00 PM on June 10th. Our Pack 350 event time is 1:30 PM. Depart after breakfast on Sunday, June 11th, and return home on your own schedule.
